Good sources of biotin include liver and other organ meats, brewer's (nutritional) yeast, molasses, peanuts, and milk. Other sources include egg yolk, soybeans, cereals, milk, legumes, and other nuts. Two tabelspoons of peanut butter supply about 12mcg. of biotin; cup of milk supplies about 10mcg. of biotin.
