Copper is a trace mineral.
The body contains an average of 75mg. to 100mg. of copper.
The greatest concentrations of copper are in the brain and liver.
Arthritis: Some individuals with rheumatoid arthritis might have low blood levels of copper and increasing copper intake might be helpful.
