Vitamin K is found in dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, parsley, broccoli, egg yolks, liver, and legumes.
One 2/3 cup serving of spinach provides 89mcg. of vitamin K; the same amount of turnip greens provides ten times the recommended intake of this vitamin. How much of this dietary intake is actually absorbed is not clear.
