Protein-rich foods are excellent sources of sulfur.
Meat, organ meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cooked dried beans and peas, milk, and milk products are all good dietary sources of sulfur.
A deficiency of sulfur is very unlikely, but could occur in a very-low protein diet.
